Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Deliver comprehensive analytics and reporting services aimed at enhancing and automating Client Processing systems.
  • Manage moderate to complex client inquiries and issues.
  • Provide direct guidance to various organizational units to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with teams to address and resolve problems effectively and promptly.
  • Engage in product development, enhancements, and system testing to ensure accurate processing of high-value transactions.
  • Resolve intricate issues utilizing a deep understanding of system intricacies.
  • Combine extensive area knowledge with industry standards to deliver effective solutions to both internal and external clients.
  • Support junior client processing roles and may oversee the allocation and review of team members' work.
  • Contribute to supervisory review, training, and approval processes as needed.
  • Assist in achieving the objectives of related teams.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range:
$25 per hour
