Job Summary

ACARA Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary duties will include coordinating with customer IT departments to add copier devices to their networks, setting up print drivers, and creating accounting codes. You will also be responsible for providing operator training and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer IT departments to add copier devices to their networks
• Set up print drivers and create accounting codes
• Provide operator training and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with diverse customer populations and demonstrate excellent communication skills

Requirements

• Previous technical experience in networking and printing environments
• Working knowledge of basic PC hardware and software
• Ability to demonstrate good organizational skills and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
