Radiology Support Specialist

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Support Specialist to join our team. As a Radiology Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to healthcare facilities, patients, and internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Efficiently draft X-Ray reports and verify required cross-sectional images.
- Remediate exceptions and outstanding/past due items on worklist.
- Work closely with Radiologists, clients, and peers to identify and resolve issues.
- Execute critical findings and super-stat process with 100% documentation to meet TAT expectations.
- Fulfill job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Utilize technology to verify accuracy and availability of information.
- Obtain required patient information in an efficient and timely manner to meet TAT and SLA expectations.
- Own and resolve issues to move things to the next step in process.
- Establish strong rapport with all clients, team members, and physicians.
- Develop professional and healthy working relationships with others.
- Identify process improvement ideas and participate in optimizing workflow.
- Act in accordance with company mission, vision, and values at all times.
- Adhere to the company's code of conduct, policies, procedures, processes, and protocols.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role.
- Preferred: Education - An associate or bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or another related field.
- Preferred: Experience - Previous experience in Radiology and/or a high-volume call center.
