Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Integrity Resources.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the steel trading industry.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating orders and deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

You will work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and provide timely and accurate information to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and track orders, deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist the sales team with preparing and managing sales documentation, contracts, and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, helping track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the implementation and upkeep of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Candidates MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish speaking).
  • Candidates MUST be open to international travel for training purposes (current passport or passport eligibility required).
  • MUST be Excel Proficient.
  • BS Degree highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Desired Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):

  • Interest in the steel industry or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a desire to provide high-quality service.
  • A self-starter who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
