Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
Dealmed Medical Supplies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person visits with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, goals, and sales calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and deliver sales and marketing materials to customers, tailored to their specific needs.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor pricing, and product offerings to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally (approximately 90% of the time).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A motivated and self-driven individual, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, as well as internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the medical supply industry is a plus, but not required.
