Job Summary

As a highly skilled Enterprise Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and activities for Information Technology Services (ITS) at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. This senior-level managerial role involves establishing goals and objectives, developing guidelines and policies, and coordinating and evaluating business function activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of staff within a large and/or highly complex business function(s), division(s), or department(s).
  • Provide leadership to ensure assigned staff support changes based on requirements, including implementation, preparation, documentation, coordination, and monitoring.
  • Plan, analyze, research, and interpret program requirements to meet IT requirements.
  • Direct and set priorities of assigned staff related to projects, including planning, negotiating, managing, and coordinating all team-related activities.
  • Oversee the work, planning, and performance of assigned staff to ensure work priorities are efficiently completed and goals are achieved according to standards of performance and quality.
