About the Role

LumApps is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our Austin team. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth of our Employee Experience Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of LumApps Enterprise Customers, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Product Management, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and upsell, providing product add-on recommendations and referring to the sales team as needed.
  • Proactively set customer goals and manage expectations, ensuring a seamless journey for our customers.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success Management, with a proven track record of driving customer growth and adoption.
  • Prior experience in SaaS and B2B environments, with a strong understanding of customer success principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A high level of autonomy and motivation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
