About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LaCrosse Footwear in Woodinville. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner, providing honest and confident feedback on merchandise style and fit.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer, setting and achieving personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
  • Teamwork: Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible, actively learning, demonstrating, and fostering the Danner culture in all actions and words.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that stock is replenished and displays are neat and rotated to encourage sales, and perform opening and closing duties as requested.
Requirements
  • Passion for Serving Others: A natural passion for serving others and creating customer loyalty.
  • Customer Empathy: Strong customer empathy and the ability to turn negativity into great customer experiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: High level of ownership, dependability, and initiative with flexible shift availability for the retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 1+ years retail sales experience in a strong customer service environment.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with POS, basic MS Excel, and Outlook.
