Firearms Sales Specialist

The Firearms Sales Outfitter is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences in our Gun Counter and Hunting Merchandise departments. This role requires a strong commitment to product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legendary customer service and sales experiences to customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Support a strong commitment to product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
- Identify and evaluate customers' needs, make product recommendations, and promote programs such as CLUB membership and in-store pickup.
- Ensure accurate and thorough completion of 4473 forms.
- Organize and maintain merchandise within the retail store for sales at the Gun Counter.
- Replenish product on shelves as required per merchandising guidelines.
- Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales, maintain pricing and signing, and assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
- Keep work areas clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Product knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
- Knowledge of ATF federal and state regulations.
- Customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.
