Role Summary

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and staffing teams to assess recruitment needs.
  • Identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting preliminary interviews via phone or in-person, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Administering relevant assessments, verifying references, making hiring recommendations, and extending job offers.
  • Utilizing both traditional and innovative methods, such as career fairs and online platforms, to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Establishing and nurturing a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
  • Overseeing the internal transfer process, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Employing the applicant tracking system to monitor candidate progress and activities.
  • Following up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback on the recruitment process.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to meet staffing objectives.
  • Communicating essential employment details during the offer process, including benefits and compensation.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, including affirmative action plans.
  • Managing application and resume documentation in accordance with company policies.
Professional Qualifications

Essential experience and educational background:
  • High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate degree in Business or Human Resources (preferred).
  • Up to two years of experience in recruitment (preferred); willingness to train the right candidate without prior experience.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
  • Familiarity with Paycom, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, and Google Drive.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and proficient in problem-solving.
Additional Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid health certificate as per funding authority standards.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Compliance with criminal background checks as required by the organization.
Work Environment:
  • Physical demands are typical for office settings, with some requirements for travel.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds may be necessary.
