Salary: $23 - $25 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 7 AM - 5:30 PM
Education Required: High School

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers and their carriers to synchronize drop shipment deliveries with installation sites, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Handle import/export tasks for both international and domestic shipments.
  • Track customer requirements, update tracking databases, and manage ticket requests.
  • Engage with cross-functional manufacturing teams regarding the preparation and status of finished goods necessary for customer shipments.
  • Document the physical condition of units before loading onto transportation carriers for specialized equipment shipments.
  • Record transactions for customer shipments using Oracle.
  • Generate all necessary documentation for shipments in compliance with applicable federal and state shipping regulations.
  • Assist in organizing delivery plans for large customer sites.
  • Work alongside finance to submit essential month-end logistics documentation.
  • Compile and organize both digital and paper files related to site installation shipments.
  • Process and code logistics invoices in a third-party payment system.
  • Perform additional duties as required for the efficient operation of the department.

Essential Functions:

  • Work in a smoke-free environment.
  • Wear steel-toed shoes.
  • Operate in a non-temperature controlled environment.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs manually.
  • Stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours at a time.
