Customer Service Representative Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Speedway, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that customers have a positive experience while shopping at our stores. This includes greeting customers in a friendly manner, assisting with purchases, and making product recommendations to increase sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations, and promoting programs introduced by the Company. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide positive, personalized customer service by greeting each customer in a friendly manner, assisting with purchases, and making product recommendations.
  • Run a Point of Sale (POS) system and monitor customer lines to expedite the sales process.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the Company and know how to complete associated transactions.
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and prohibit the sale of age-restricted products to individuals under the minimum age requirement.
  • Take an active role in promoting programs introduced by the Company and ensure established standards are adhered to.
