Key Responsibilities:- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet each customer in a friendly manner, assist with purchases, and suggestively sell products to increase sales.
- Operate a Point of Sale (POS) System: Run the POS system, monitor customer lines, and expedite the sales process.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the Company and know how to complete associated transactions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, and prohibit the sale of age-restricted products to individuals under the minimum age requirement.
- Program Promotion: Take an active role in promoting programs introduced by the Company and ensure established standards are adhered to.
