Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Speedway, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers while working on the sales floor and operating a register. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers have a positive experience, leaving with a good impression of the Company and a likelihood of returning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet each customer in a friendly manner, assist with purchases, and suggestively sell products to increase sales.
  • Operate a Point of Sale (POS) System: Run the POS system, monitor customer lines, and expedite the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the Company and know how to complete associated transactions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, and prohibit the sale of age-restricted products to individuals under the minimum age requirement.
  • Program Promotion: Take an active role in promoting programs introduced by the Company and ensure established standards are adhered to.
