Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Burch Bottle & Packaging. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle complaints and provide solutions and alternatives within time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to adapt to different types of inquiries and personalities
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • College degree or higher preferred
