Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Burch Bottle & Packaging. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints and provide solutions and alternatives within time limits
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to adapt to different types of inquiries and personalities
- High school degree or equivalent required
- College degree or higher preferred
