About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Administrator. This is a full-time, year-around position at a mid-sized consumer goods retail company in the Queensbury, New York area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Answer phone calls, take customer payments, and run credit applications.
  • Schedule deliveries and/or pickups, and enter payments into Excel.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • High energy and a passion for working with people.
  • Coachable, curious, and a desire for a work-life balance with a 40-hour retail work week.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and retail holidays.

No prior customer service experience is required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and create a positive customer experience.
