About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Staples. As a TSA Enrollment Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers navigate the TSA Precheck process.
Key Responsibilities
- Process electronic fingerprinting and applicant data for various federal and state programs
- Initiate background checks and verify customer identity
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Customer service-related experience
- Pass a comprehensive and in-depth IdentoGO background check
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range
