About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Staples. As a TSA Enrollment Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers navigate the TSA Precheck process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process electronic fingerprinting and applicant data for various federal and state programs
  • Initiate background checks and verify customer identity
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Customer service-related experience
  • Pass a comprehensive and in-depth IdentoGO background check
  • Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range
