About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
