About the Role

At Shields Health Solutions LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients through our innovative solutions and expertise. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with health-system-owned specialty pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth through new partnerships with health-system-owned specialty pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to finalize deal economics and obtain internal approval as needed.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations to health system executives and other stakeholders, highlighting Shields' capabilities and value proposition.
  • Manage the contract closure process with new partners, working closely with internal counsel and health system representatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, including CEOs, CFOs, and Chief Strategy Officers, as well as other key decision-makers.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and policy developments in the specialty pharmacy industry, providing valuable insights and competitive intelligence to Shields' leadership.
  • Facilitate the transition of closed deals to operational leaders, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of Shields' solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline development.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in strategic sales, executive relationship management, and service delivery, with a strong understanding of the complexities of the specialty pharmacy environment.
  • Expert critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer relationships and drive business growth.
  • Deep understanding of needs-based selling strategies and the ability to uncover underlying customer objections and concerns.
  • Strong sense of urgency and drive, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sales, executive relationship management, and service delivery, with a focus on health system executives.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
