Job Summary:
Analog Devices, Inc. is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-performance semiconductor solutions. We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our Advanced Process Technology Group, responsible for the development of Wide-Band-Gap (WBG) and Ultra Wide-Band-Gap (UWBG) electronic devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute process development experiments in a silicon fab to develop next-generation Gallium Nitride and Aluminum Gallium Nitride FET technology.
- Develop and implement process flows in the Manufacturing Execution System to improve device performance.
- Collaborate with internal business units to understand future device needs and work with manufacturing teams to define manufacturing strategies.
- Stay at the forefront of WBG and UWBG device technology by connecting with University research projects and attending conferences.
- Develop and maintain expertise in semiconductor device physics and fabrication, as well as Gallium Nitride and Aluminum Gallium Nitride device fabrication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Science.
- Master's or Ph.D. Degree preferred.
- Significant experience with Gallium Nitride and/or Aluminum Gallium Nitride device fabrication.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
Working Conditions:
This role requires significant hands-on lot management both inside and outside of the manufacturing facility. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
