Senior Process Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Development Engineer to join our team at HP Hood. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing projects focused on new products, processes, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement projects to improve manufacturing processes, enabling consistent delivery, enhanced efficiency, reduced cost, and improved sustainability.
- Collaborate with product development scientists to develop processes that meet production and consumer needs.
- Proactively maintain material handling, batching, and processes to improve process efficiency.
- Travel as needed for business and communicate with supervisor when not manageable.
- 5 years of food industry experience.
- PhD/Masters/Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree in a relevant scientific field of study.
- Certifications such as 6 sigma and ELP are highly beneficial.
