About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Digital Design Engineer with high-speed, fine-line analog CMOS expertise to join our IC development team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team to evolve our industry-leading Industrial portfolio into new and more highly integrated market segments. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop system-level designs on chiplets using high-speed analog BiCMOS SiGe and fine-line CMOS processes. Key responsibilities include architecting signal processing solutions for broadband communication systems, developing and implementing high-speed converter calibration algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-speed signal processing solutions for broadband communication systems.
- Implement high-speed converter calibration algorithms to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions and ensure seamless system operation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in digital design and design integration.
- Expertise in SERDES, RF CMOS, or data converter design.
- Experience with FinFET (16nm, 5nm) or fine-line planar analog CMOS (28 nm) processes.
- Proficiency in software-defined CMOS communications or radar system design.
- Strong background in signal processing for broadband communication systems.
- Intimate understanding of RF ADCs/DACs.
- Proven track record in developing high-speed converter calibration algorithms.
