Job Title: Principal Analog Design Engineer

Analog Devices, Inc. is a global leader in semiconductor technology, bridging the physical and digital worlds to drive innovation at the Intelligent Edge. Our team is seeking an experienced Principal Analog Design Engineer to join our Industrial Team in Wilmington, MA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Analog Design Engineer with submicron and FinFET CMOS experience to develop new products for our Industrial portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a motivated development team.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and simulate mixed signal circuits, including PLLs, high-speed DACs and ADCs, SERDES interfaces, and high-speed clock routing.
  • Collaborate with the Industrial integrated circuit design team to determine implementation of requirements at the system level.
  • Work closely with evaluation engineers to compare and contrast simulation and lab results.
  • Prepare and present design review documentation packages.
Qualifications:
  • BSEE, MSEE preferred, with 10+ years of analog design experience and design integration.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in mixed signal circuit design and deep submicron processes.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Spice simulators and CAD tools (Cadence Virtuoso).
  • Ability to problem solve at the transistor and system levels.
  • Knowledge of lab equipment, including digital oscilloscopes, source generators, and BER testers.
  • Good presentation and writing/communication skills.
