Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional teams to expedite closure of complex product and process quality issues.
- Standardize and implement Quality Management Systems across Analog Devices sites.
- Act as a technical expert to lead IATF16949, ISO9001, and VDA QMS audits.
- Develop and train lead auditors per industry QMS standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed audit plans and set expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8+ years of experience.
- Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry in the functional areas like Quality Management Systems and audits.
- Excellent knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, and VDA standards.
- Must be a certified lead quality auditor for IATF16949 standard.
