Job Title: Quality Systems Engineering Manager

Analog Devices, Inc. is a global leader in semiconductor technology, bridging the physical and digital worlds to enable breakthroughs at the Intelligent Edge. As a Quality Systems Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to expedite closure of complex product and process quality issues.
  • Standardize and implement Quality Management Systems across Analog Devices sites.
  • Act as a technical expert to lead IATF16949, ISO9001, and VDA QMS audits.
  • Develop and train lead auditors per industry QMS standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed audit plans and set expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8+ years of experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry in the functional areas like Quality Management Systems and audits.
  • Excellent knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, and VDA standards.
  • Must be a certified lead quality auditor for IATF16949 standard.
