Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients and visitors
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and answering questions about our services
- Administrative Support
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the front office team
- Marketing and Sales
- Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to promote our services and attract new patients
- Assist with data entry and reporting to track patient engagement and sales metrics
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
