Front Desk Representative

At Presidian Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions, providing guests with accurate information and recommendations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
