About the Role

Fidelity Dealer Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BMW Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will play a critical role in assisting guests through every stage of their automobile shopping and buying experience, developing life-long relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Follow-up: Follow up on sales leads through scheduled communication activity to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop rapport with clients and perspective clients while performing a needs-based assessment and presenting relevant products to meet their needs.
  • Vehicle Selection and Presentation: Conduct walk-arounds, both virtual and in-person, and demonstrate features and benefits to assist clients with vehicle selection.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate vehicle pricing, financing, accessories, and other products to close sales and meet sales targets.
  • Delivery and Hand-off: Provide an excellent delivery experience while ensuring clients understand operating features, warranty, and service process, and perform Sales to Service Hand-off to assist in client's service needs.
  • Relationship Maintenance: Follow-up with all clients and prospective clients as scheduled to create and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Product Knowledge and Inventory Management: Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and continuously review current and future vehicle inventory to match prospective clients with relevant vehicles.
  • Sales Goal Setting: Develop short and long-term sales goals and work towards achieving them.

Requirements
  • Clean Driving Record: Must have a clean and excellent driving record.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient with various computer apps including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Social Media.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and integrity.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales or retail experience is a plus.
  • Authorized to Work: Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass pre-employment driving, background, and drug screening.
