Job SummaryAs a Service Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling integrated security and related low-voltage technology solutions to building owners, general contractors, electrical contractors, engineers, architects, and consultants. You will build and manage long-term customer relationships, prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities, and demonstrate technical knowledge to create solutions that address customer project challenges.

- Build and manage long-term customer relationships with key building owners, general contractors, and architectural and engineering firms.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge to create solutions that address customer project challenges.
- Influence design and construction decisions with owners, contractors, and consultants.
- Generate competitive, high-quality, and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Negotiate and close sales successfully.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
- 3+ years of experience in the integrated security systems industry.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and understanding of the construction process and owner-direct negotiated process.
- Successful experience selling traditional plan & spec bid and design-build projects to contractors and direct to owners.
- Strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong proposal development and writing skills.
- Proven experience managing the development of complex project solutions, estimates, and proposals.
- Familiarity with major access control, video, and security solutions, including Lenel, Software House, Avigilon, Genetec, Aiphone, AXIS, and Hanwah.
- Understanding of enterprise network architecture and the ability to discuss and recommend networked security system solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to sell integrated systems.
- Experience with network and telecom system applications, Emergency DAS, AV, and related low-voltage systems.
- Be able to lift and carry ladders, drawings, personal computers, material, etc.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Be able to spend significant time standing and walking on construction sites.
- Be able to climb several flights of stairs or ladders throughout a typical day on a construction site.
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record which, per Climatec's vehicle policy, allows the individual to drive on company business.
