Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wholesale Marketing Manager to join our team at TBC Corporation. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand management initiatives to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of holistic brand building initiatives, aligning with our 3-5 year strategy and innovation plan.
  • Drive business objectives for the brand, including sales, OI, inventory, and market share across brand and tier.
  • Develop and track monthly progress towards goals, ensuring seamless execution of business plans.
  • Initiate and lead process improvements at the brand and tier level, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop communication plans aligned with brand and wholesale marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with SRM teams and supply chain to ensure successful product launches of exclusive, private label, and owned brand products.
  • Champion portfolio optimization to drive best total value for customers and TBC, maximizing profit, meeting customer needs, and informing GTM strategy.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Develop channel-specific GTM strategies and plans to maximize presence in the market.
  • Leverage consumer, customer, and category insights to drive development of 3-5 year strategy and supporting innovation pipeline.
  • Drive innovation pipeline across Tier 4 Exclusive and Private Label brands.
  • Direct brand/product lifecycle, including PIPO initiatives, and brand/product exit strategies.
  • Provide insights and influence in the planning and forecasting of products to drive maximum impact on sales and margin.
  • Direct oversight to ensure proper coverage and efficiency of tires through regular reviews of on-hand inventory, sales velocity, and manufacturer lead times.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain, finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in sales, merchandising, marketing, or supply chain with proven Category Management, retail merchandising, or related role experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Automotive/Tire industry or related experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing product assortments, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
