Job Title: Registered Nurse Skilled Nursing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kisco Senior Living, LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes in condition
* Supervise departmental operations on a day-to-day basis
* Assess residents' physical, psycho-social, and environmental needs
* Communicate, identify, report, and document problems
* Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately
* Identify and recommend other disciplines needed for quality care of the resident
* Document evaluation of nursing interventions, including resident response
* Assess resident and staff knowledge base of disease process, treatment regimen, and/or medication administration and assist with care plans
* Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director
* Assist with Medication Management Program
* Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process
* Present required new hire training and ongoing skills training for associates

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited RN program
* CPR/Frist Aid Certified
* Minimum of one-year experience as a nurse in a senior care setting
* Some Skilled Nursing experience preferred

Special Requirements/Certifications:

* Current active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
* Hands-on experience with ports and Huber needles a plus
* Experience in wound care
* Hands-on experience with Dialysis shunts a plus
