As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving and responding to customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will apply predefined resolution frameworks and utilize specialized IT system tools to resolve and respond to customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage asset inventory in compliance with defined asset management processes
  • Act as a resolution point for complex business systems concerns and issues
  • Maintain, monitor, and administer related computing environments, including directories, systems software, applications software, and management tools
  • Participate in the evaluation, design, and implementation of new systems that increase productivity or enhance overall business operations
  • Collaborate with the Operational Analyst team to resolve and communicate resolutions to customer inquiries, escalating issues as needed
  • Communicate frequently with Management, working to develop personal skills and abilities

Requirements:

Strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
