Wedding Day Diamonds is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to become a part of our team as a Client Engagement Specialist.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting clients with their jewelry selections, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving sales performance.

Your responsibilities will include showcasing our remarkable collection of fine jewelry and cultivating enduring relationships with our clientele.

Your knowledge and passion for jewelry and diamonds will be vital in assisting clients with their purchasing choices and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Compensation: 2% - 4% Commission



Key Responsibilities:

Exceptional Customer Service:

Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their preferences, and guiding them in selecting the ideal jewelry pieces.


Sales Passion:

Proactively engage with clients, showcase product knowledge, and employ effective selling techniques to achieve both personal and store sales goals.


Jewelry Expertise:
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our extensive inventory, including diamonds, gemstones, metals, and current design trends. Stay informed about new product introductions and promotional events.

Personalized Client Consultations:
Develop strong and lasting relationships with clients through continuous support, follow-up communication, and tailored service. Provide advice on jewelry care and maintenance.

Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong connections with clients by offering ongoing support, follow-up communication, and personalized service. Maintain accurate client records.

Visual Presentation:
Ensure that displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and effectively presented to maximize sales opportunities. Keep inventory counts accurate.

Store Operations Assistance:

Support store operations by participating in opening and closing tasks, cash handling, repairs, cleaning, and POS system operation. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.


Market Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide relevant insights to clients and contribute to the store's success.


Training and Growth:
Actively engage in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.

Qualifications:
Genuine passion for assisting and educating clients as they celebrate significant life moments.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Skill in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a positive shopping experience. Strong active listening skills to understand client needs and preferences.
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Adhere to dress code standards.
Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the business.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail-related applications.
