Senior Sales Account Manager

About the Role
The Group Sales Account Manager is a key position responsible for selling and managing group client accounts at CoxHealth. This role involves building strong relationships with agents, prospective customers, and existing clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage current client accounts, including assisting with client requests, plan comparisons, and providing suggestions on products.
- Conduct the renewal process and act as the project management lead for new products.
- Provide training to department employees on new products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, prospective customers, and existing clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
- Preferred: Bachelor's in a Related Field.
- Preferred: 3-5 Years Related Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
- Self-starter.
- Currently licensed as a Life and Health Producer by the Missouri Department of Insurance or agree to become licensed within 90 days of hire.
