Sales Account Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at White Ash Group, Inc. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding relationships with existing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute quarterly market plans to drive sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, including pricing negotiations, marketing initiatives, and order fulfillment.
  • Analyze sales trends and store inventory to inform purchasing decisions and ensure zero stock-outs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prioritizing pipeline meetings and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, inventory, and distribution, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the local cannabis or alcohol industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Business Central, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily in-person account visits.
