Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team. As a CNA, you will provide personal care and support to our patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity throughout their end-of-life journey.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with feeding and hydration, as needed
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide emotional support and compassion to patients and their families
