Responsibilities:

Provide Personalized Care:
Adhere to the meticulously crafted care plan to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients. Respond promptly to the requests of patients and their family/caregiver, offering compassionate and unwavering support.

Assist with Personal Care:
Aid patients with various personal care needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing. Your presence during these intimate moments significantly contributes to their overall comfort and dignity.

Be Dedicated to Customer Service:
Prioritize exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure optimal patient satisfaction. Your commitment to providing outstanding care will be recognized and appreciated as part of our team.

Provide Support for Families:

Impact patients' families by sharing your knowledge and expertise, guiding and supporting them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.

Maintain Accurate Documentation:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

Valid Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) license OR a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.

Minimum of 6 months experience in hospice or skilled nursing facility preferred. Hospice experience is a plus.

Possess and maintain current CPR certification if state-mandated.
