Job Description

As an Account Manager at our agency, you will play a crucial role in driving success for our customers and our business. You will be responsible for forging meaningful relationships with our clients, acting as the essential link between their needs and our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture client connections to enhance retention and drive agency growth.
  • Policy Reviews and Recommendations: Conduct thorough reviews of client policies and offer tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Take charge of resolving complex customer issues, ensuring smooth and satisfactory outcomes.

  • Lead Development: Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market the best-suited products and services.
