Accounts Receivable Representative Role

At IntePros Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Representative to contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing open account receivables, reviewing payments, and resolving payment disputes in accordance with payor, contractual, and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing accounts receivable reports to determine outstanding balances for follow-up
  • Performing payment disputes in a timely manner
  • Documenting all follow-up activities in the patient's medical record
  • Reviewing payments for accuracy and identifying trends related to contractual compliance
  • Completing payor projects as assigned and documenting all follow-up activity
  • Assisting in maintaining departmental cash goals

Requirements for this role include:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • CPC certification
  • Previous billing/reimbursement experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
