About the Job

Select Computing, Inc. is a leading provider of IT solutions and staffing to the State of MN, the State of MD, and many Federal Gov't agencies. We are seeking a skilled Federal Business Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  1. Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of federal business opportunities.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with federal customers.
  3. Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to grow and manage our customer target list.
  4. Proposal Development: Contribute technical insights to help our proposal management team produce compliant responses to federal solicitations and requests for information.
  5. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in successfully selling software and/or services to the federal government.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills, ability to quickly cultivate relationships with federal customers.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a Remote position, but may require some travel to meetings. The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
