About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Catering Sales Director to join our team at Point In Fells LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, event planning, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Catering Sales: Book and manage catering events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, including site inspections, tastings, vendor meetings, and day-of logistics.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs to create innovative menus that meet customer expectations and align with the company's brand.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in catering sales or event planning.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
