Sales Director

The Sales Director will lead the sales cycle for customer accounts, driving the sales team to achieve minimum corporate Monthly Sales Attainment (MSA) and Quarterly Sales Attainment. The role involves setting quotas, monitoring progress, and developing sales strategy to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in EMS' CRM, employing effective sales methods to uncover opportunities and build a pipeline of prospects.
- Assist the team with marketing and lead generation, developing and executing campaigns, and performing cold calling and prospecting via phone, email, social media, etc.
- Plan and develop sales strategy to acquire new customers, achieve sales targets, and close complex sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in software sales, preferably in government or construction industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
