Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the steel industry.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share. You will work closely with our sales team to establish sales territories, quotas, and goals, and analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, or a related field, and experience working in the construction industry. You will also possess excellent leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
