Key Responsibilities- Conduct Property Surveys and Inspections: Identify and record loss costs information and underwriting data at residential and commercial property sites, adhering to corporate standards of quality, timeliness, and productivity.
- Commercial Property Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in various types of commercial property surveys and inspections, including Commercial Underwriting Surveys and Loss Cost Surveys.
- Logistical Planning: Plan trips to ensure efficient and timely completion of work, maintain equipment, and supplies.
- Mentorship and Quality Assurance: Provide guidance and support to less experienced field staff, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
- Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service support for company products through on-site visits.
- Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed all responsibilities outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
- Regional Audits and Special Projects: Assist with regional field audits and complete special projects as assigned.
- Accommodation and Travel: Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation, and travel as required by business needs.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of four years of related experience.
- Professional Designations: Professional designations highly desirable.
- Training and Certification: Completion of in-house training required, with demonstrated ability to perform all field work assignments.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to observe, analyze, gather data, and travel to sites; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong communication abilities; proficiency in computer software; valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
