We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at a luxurious hotel, featuring exquisite design, world-class amenities, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the departmental annual operating budget, ensuring strict adherence and cost control.
  • Administer departmental operations by attending meetings, developing food and beverage policies, and submitting monthly reports to the F&B Director of Operations.
  • Oversee personnel management, including staff punctuality, training, performance evaluations, and adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure operational excellence through quality service, staff training, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in a executive chef or managerial kitchen role.
  • Extensive experience in Italian and Japanese cuisines preferred.
  • NYC Food Handler's certification.
  • Broad knowledge of culinary arts, including emerging food trends.
