The State of Montana's Child & Family Services (CFSD) Program Bureau is seeking a highly skilled Resource Family Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing resource families for children in need of temporary or permanent care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, retain, and license resource families, including foster, kinship, guardianship, and adoptive families.
- Provide technical assistance and support to resource families, including training, coaching, and case management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
- Analyze data and evaluate results to inform program decisions and improve outcomes.
