Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily schedule
  • Verify patient registration information and obtain preauthorization for wound care procedures
  • Charge entry and daily reconciliations to ensure accurate billing and financial records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a front desk role in a hospital outpatient or medical practice setting preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
