Administrative Assistant with Personnel Management Tasks

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Personnel Management department. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing general secretarial tasks, managing work processes, and supporting employees in personnel administration.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office organization, including filing, data entry, and documentation
- Provide first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, including telephone service and mail processing
- Support employees in personnel administration with processing transactions, data entry, and data maintenance
- Enter contracts into the system and document applicable administrative guidelines and processes
- Completed commercial training and relevant professional experience
- Specific training in the secretarial field or office communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and responsibility, as well as organizational skills
- Excellent IT application knowledge
