Job Overview

As a vital member of our legal team at Bridges, Young, Matthews & Drake PLC, you will provide essential administrative support to our attorneys. Your role will encompass a range of clerical and organizational tasks aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our office operations and case management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist one or more attorneys and staff with administrative duties.
  • Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, take messages, and appropriately redirect inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain legal files and documentation.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to think clearly, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
