Legal Administrative Coordinator

As a vital member of our legal team at Bridges, Young, Matthews & Drake PLC, you will provide essential administrative support to our attorneys. Your role will encompass a range of clerical and organizational tasks aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our office operations and case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist one or more attorneys and staff with administrative duties.
- Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, take messages, and appropriately redirect inquiries.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documentation.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
While we offer training on our specific procedures and practices, the ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to think clearly, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated, efficient, and capable of working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with legal technology, including court-filing systems and transcription software.
- Exceptional time-management and typing abilities.
- Skilled in multitasking and comfortable interacting with a diverse range of individuals.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds for document storage purposes.
