We are in search of a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial individual to take on the role of Certified Nursing Home Administrator (CNHA) in a full-time, permanent capacity.

Position Summary:
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive industry insight and foresight, demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and mentorship, possess a strong drive and urgency for achieving results, and implement a daily strategy to attract and retain dedicated leaders and caregivers.
  • This role necessitates an active CNHA certification in the state of operation, along with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in successfully managing a skilled nursing facility, as evidenced by its clinical, personnel, business development, and financial performance.
