We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BlueWave Solutions. As a Secretary with Administrative Tasks in Personnel Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Personnel Management department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general secretarial tasks, including office organization, managing work processes, and serving as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Manage freelance workers, volunteers with expense allowances, or assigned employees, including reviewing and differentiating standardized design options, providing information and advice, drafting agreements, reviewing incoming invoices and social security status, and monitoring deadlines.
- Support employees in personnel administration with processing transactions, data entry, data maintenance, and documentation.
- Enter contracts into the system and document applicable administrative guidelines and processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training and relevant professional experience.
- Specific training in the secretarial field or office communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and responsibility, as well as organizational skills.
- Excellent IT application knowledge.
