Job Description: We are a leading law firm seeking a seasoned Closing Paralegal to oversee real estate transactions in our Charlotte, NC office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating closings, communicating file status and needs with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely and error-free transactions. With at least 2 years of experience in this field, you will possess a deep understanding of real estate contracts, title requirements, and settlement procedures. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will enable you to work effectively with clients, buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents. This is a full-time position offering an estimated salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and access to a 401(k) plan. An NC Notary certification is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven track record of success in closing real estate transactions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and regulations
